We can work directly with your venue and other suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly, including:
Confirming setup and access times
Coordinating power and technical requirements
Managing sound levels and venue restrictions
Synchronising timings for speeches, first dance, and key moments
Coordinating with photographers, videographers, bands/musicians

Already booked a live band? Planning to hire musicians? We regularly work alongside bands and performers (as musicians ourselves!) and can help source trusted musicians through our contacts, allowing us to coordinate your entire day/night entertainment seamlessly!
